To keep our subscriptions low, we have to raise money to keep the scout group alive. To do this we try to raise money where we can. We currently use the following to help:



Co-op Local Community Fund

The Co-op Local Community Fund helps pay for local projects that our members care about.

Every time our members shop at Co-op, 1% of what they spend on selected own-branded products and services goes to help fund community projects where they live.

We also give all money raised from shopping bag sales to our causes, to help even more, the youtube video below will give you information.


Please register with the coop (https://www.coop.co.uk/), get your membership card and select the 11th Rotherham Scout Group as your charity.

You will still get your own bonus points on purchases, but we also get something out of it as well.



Easy Fundraising 


Easyfundraising, gives us small amounts of cashback on your shopping habits. Shops such as eBay an Amazon do not give cashback out on sites such as TopCashBack or Quidco, but as a charitable organisation we can benefit, but only if you go through our link above.


Help us money, just by shopping online with easyfundraising.org.uk. There are no catches and it's completely free to use.

It's really simple – just shop online via easyfundraising.org.uk with over 2,700 well known retailers like Amazon, Argos, M&S, eBay (and many more!) and whenever you buy something online, the retailer makes a donation to your chosen good cause. It doesn't cost you a single penny extra.

100 Club

Each month we draw a lucky winner from our 100 club member list, the more members we get, the more the prize draw will be. We are currently averaging around £25 payout per month. If you are interested please contact the leaders for a form (it will also be available soon online), pay your fee and keep your fingers crossed.

It is only £1 per number per month to participate, you can pay annually or via standing order.

So far we have raised over £1000 towards our scout funds, the money goes towards activities that the Beaver, Cubs and Scout do.
